Job summary

Toyota is seeking a proactive professional to coordinate and manage the SmartPath/Monogram dealer launch process from kickoff through launch week training. You will lead remote dealer meetings, train dealers, and drive process improvements within the fixed operations department.

You will manage 3–5 dealers, communicate updates, and work with regional teams to measure adoption. Travel up to 75% and strong stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent professional work experience relevant to the role.
• Experience in Toyota/Lexus dealer interactions or HQ roles with dealer exposure.
• Strong understanding of automotive consumer digital experiences and UIs.
• Proven project management skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Track record of overcoming obstacles with stakeholders to achieve win/win results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate remote SmartPath dealer meetings and training.
• Manage a portfolio of 3–5 dealers through the launch lifecycle.
• Communicate program updates and resolve dealer issues with the support team.
• Identify key business metrics to measure dealer adoption and success.
• Support training, change management, and process improvements for dealers and regions.
