Job summary

Teceze seeks a Smart Locker / Kiosk Operator – L1 to provide basic technical support and onsite assistance for smart lockers and kiosk systems. The role involves initial troubleshooting and hands-on maintenance.

You will install, configure, and test devices, document issues, and escalate complex problems to the L2 team while delivering professional customer support on-site.

Qualifications

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in IT support, desktop support, field support, or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Comfortable working with computers, kiosks, scanners, and other IT devices.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow technical instructions.
• Ability to travel locally if required.

Preferred

• Experience supporting smart lockers, kiosks, POS systems, or similar devices.
• Experience with onsite/field IT support.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and network connectivity.
