Job summary

Siemens’ Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products (SI EP) is seeking rising engineering graduates to join a two-year Engineering Leadership Development Program.

This program features four six-month rotations across software engineering functions, including design, development, and validation, with sites across Peachtree Corners, Tucker, Roebuck, Hingham, Bellefontaine, Grand Prairie, Broken Arrow, and more, starting July 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering completed within one academic year of the program’s start date
• Available to start full-time employment in early July 2027
• Growth mindset, learning agility, and enthusiasm for developing new skills and interdisciplinary experiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey strategic and technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated leadership potential and collaboration through experiences or activities that showcase initiative, responsibility, teamwork, and willingness to support peers
• Programming experience in C/C++, Python, and/or Java and experience with JavaScript/Node.js/React, JSON, and/or HTML/CSS
• Exposure to MATLAB/SIMULINK and embedded software
• Familiarity with software development and embedded systems or IoT
• Must be willing and able to relocate domestically and/or internationally for each rotation and travel as required by the program (relocation assistance is provided if relocating more than 50 miles from your permanent address)
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Our portfolio of power distribution and power management solutions enables customers to safely convert large blocks of electrical power into smaller, usable units, while providing tools to monitor, control, and optimize energy usage.

We are looking for rising engineering graduates to join the SI EP Engineering Leadership Development Program, a two-year journey featuring four six-month rotations across multiple Siemens SI EP sites and engineering functions. Rotation locations include Peachtree Corners, GA; Tucker, GA; Roebuck, SC; Hingham, MA; Bellefontaine, OH; Grand Prairie, TX; Broken Arrow, OK; Juarez, Mexico; Chihuahua, Mexico; and Monterrey, Mexico. This program begins in early July 2027.

This program is designed to accelerate your growth and lay the groundwork for an impactful software engineering career at Siemens through hands-on experiences that build your technical expertise and industry knowledge, hone your leadership capabilities, cultivate your professional network across departments, and offer mentorship and exposure to senior leaders.

Upon successful completion of the program, you’ll transition into a targeted full-time role as an R&D Software Engineer in Peachtree Corners, GA.
