Job summary
High Power Technical Services (HPTS) is hiring Smart Home Technicians to install and service a variety of home tech products across assigned regions. Technicians will work from home routing tasks to customer sites, providing both installation and maintenance services for DISH satellite TV, Starlink internet, OnTech Smart Home devices, and related systems.
The role offers hourly pay with paid training, potential increases after training, and performance-based bonuses.
Qualifications
- 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license
- Clean criminal and driving record
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Comfortable using hand tools and working outdoors in all weather
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and access crawl spaces/attics
- Customer-focused with willingness to sell products and services
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Install and service DISH Network satellite TV equipment
- Install Starlink satellite internet
- Service OnTech Smart Home products and related devices
- Engage customers to explain features and upsell services
