Job summary

High Power Technical Services (HPTS) is hiring Smart Home Technicians to install and service DISH Network satellite TV equipment, Starlink internet, Boost Mobile devices, OnTech Smart Home products, and FLOCK camera systems.

Earn $18/hour during training with raises up to $22/hour after training and reviews at 4 and 12 months. Bonus pay up to $800/month, 40 hours PTO after 6 months, plus commissions and retail bonuses. Company vehicle, tools, and Samsung device provided.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with a valid driver's license.
• Clean criminal and driving record.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Comfortable using hand tools and working outdoors in all weather.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and access crawl spaces/attics.
• Customer-focused with willingness to sell products and services.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH Network satellite TV equipment, Starlink satellite internet, Boost Mobile devices, OnTech Smart Home products, and FLOCK camera systems.
• Work from home routing and service calls to customer locations.
• Attend training and perform to company standards.

High Power Technical Services (HPTS), DISH Network's Regional Service Provider for Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio, is hiring Smart Home Technicians.

Technicians install and service:

• DISH Network satellite TV equipment
• Starlink satellite internet
• Boost Mobile devices
• OnTech Smart Home products
• FLOCK camera systems

• Hourly pay + paid training ($18/hr during training)
• Performance raises: $2 increase after training, with reviews at 4 and 12 months (up to $22/hr within first year)
