EchoStar is seeking a skilled Home Tech Installer to visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, and educate customers on their usage. You’ll work independently yet stay connected with the team, ensuring a high standard of service and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required for driving a company vehicle to customer sites and regional offices.
• Schedule flexibility to travel and work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet a 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer-focused approach to build trust and create a great experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle on-the-spot challenges.
• Demonstrated determination to work in tight spaces and various weather conditions.
• Ability to adapt to changes and unexpected tasks.

Responsibilities
