Job summary

EchoStar technicians visit customers' homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, ensuring a smooth setup and customer education. You’ll work independently while staying connected with the team and maintain a professional workspace.

As part of the role, you’ll learn smart home technologies, follow best practices, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience. This position includes a company vehicle and training, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required for driving a company vehicle to customer sites and regional offices.
• Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Climb ladders up to 40 ft; lift up to 70 lbs; must meet and maintain 335 lb weight limit.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, solve problems, and introduce smart home tech.
• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
