Job summary

EchoStar is hiring field technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes. You will educate users on new technology and promote additional services where helpful.

Expect to travel to customer sites, work independently with safety and professionalism, and collaborate with team members to ensure a world-class customer experience. A valid driver's license and flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required to drive company vehicle to customer sites as part of the role.
• Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech.
• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay professional while working independently and with the team.
