Job summary

EchoStar in Minnesota is seeking a Home Technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers' homes. You will troubleshoot issues and educate customers on how to use their technologies to maximize value and reliability.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability: climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, weight limit 335 lbs.
• Customer focus: build trust and a great experience.
• Problem-solving: tackle challenges on the spot.
• Determination: work in tight spaces and different weather conditions.
• Adaptability: handle changes and unexpected tasks.

Responsibilities
