Job summary

EchoStar is hiring technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes. You will educate customers on usage and upsell where appropriate, while maintaining a neat work area and professional conduct.

The role requires willingness to travel, flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, and a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Willingness to travel; flexibility to work evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet weight requirement.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and suggest additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay professional while working independently and with the team.
