Job summary

EchoStar Corporation is hiring Technicians to install and service DISH and smart home products in customers’ homes across the United States. You will be trained to deliver a world-class customer experience and educate customers on how to use their new technology.

You’ll travel to homes, work independently yet stay connected with the team, and enjoy opportunities for career growth, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License: This position requires a valid driver’s license because driving a company vehicle to customer sites and regional offices is an essential function of the job.
• Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays
• Physical Ability: Climb ladders (up to 40 ft); Lift up to 70 lbs; Must meet and maintain 335 lb weight limit
• Customer Focus: Build trust and create a great experience
• Problem‑Solving: Tackle a variety of challenges on the spot
• Determination: Work in tight spaces and all kinds of weather
• Adaptability: Handle changes and unexpected tasks with ease

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team
