Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail, B2C sales, or service-based sales is a major plus.
• Customer-first attitude and ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Technical aptitude beneficial (install, service, or exposure to smart home tech).
• Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Earn piece rate pay and unlimited commission.
• Train on industry-leading products and become a smart home technology expert.
• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology in customer homes.
• Explain and demonstrate system capabilities to customers.
• Manage inventory and assets with a business owner mindset.
