ADT is seeking a Residential Installation Technician to assess customer needs, design, install and educate on security systems at homes or businesses. You will work directly with customers to determine optimal equipment, install and test operations, and ensure reliable signaling and performance.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused mindset and strong communication abilities.
• Technical aptitude for evaluating system needs and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license required; trade school training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to determine the best system and equipment.
• Install and test all equipment to ensure proper functionality and signaling.
• Evaluate information to provide optimal solutions for the location.
• Suggest improvements to enhance system usability and performance.
• Follow safety practices to protect people and property.
• Protect materials and tools on job sites or offices.
• Leave the site clean and in better condition than started.
• And other duties to support the company's mission and values.
• Visit customers at homes or businesses to provide solutions.
