Brinks Home is seeking a determined Smart Home Consultant who blends installation expertise with consultative sales. You’ll install smart home and security equipment, upsell tailored solutions, and train customers to ensure safety and satisfaction.

The role includes base pay of $20.00–$26.00 per hour with commission eligibility and a $1,000 sign-on bonus after three months, reflecting our commitment to performance and growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven upselling experience and ability to meet sales targets.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate smart home and security equipment including cameras, sensors, and IoT devices.
• Train customers on system usage, features, and maintenance to ensure satisfaction and safety.
• Propose new installations and system upgrades during service visits; identify improvements to enhance security and convenience.
• Actively engage in upselling opportunities by recommending additional products and services; maintain a commission-driven mindset.
• Represent Brinks Home’s product portfolio with professionalism and integrity, fostering long-term customer relationships.
