As a Smart Home Sales Technician, you will meet customers in homes, retail locations and events, recommend personalized smart home, security and automation solutions, generate leads, follow up with prospects

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Sales mindset with the ability to build trust, uncover needs and ask for the sale.
• Comfort learning and using smart home technology.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to pass post-offer background and licensing requirements as applicable by law.

Responsibilities

• Meeting customers in homes, retail locations and events.
• Recommending personalized smart home, security and automation solutions.
• Generating leads, following up with prospects and closing sales.
• Installing, servicing and troubleshooting Vivint smart home equipment.
• Educating customers on how to use their system.
• Representing Vivint professionally in the field, in retail environments and in the communities we serve.
