Job summary

Vivint Smart Home is hiring Field Service Technician/Professional to install cutting-edge smart home technology, service customers on-site, and proactively identify upgrade opportunities to enhance home security and automation.

You will receive comprehensive training, a take-home company vehicle and gas card, 4/10 work weeks including Saturdays, paid holidays and PTO, and opportunities to advance within our national team.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a major plus.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.
• Requires valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluating customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Training homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
• Benefiting from coaching and leadership training to move up within the national organization.
