Job summary

EchoStar is hiring Technicians to deliver TV and Smart Home solutions, training you to lead a world-class customer experience. You will visit customers' homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, and teach customers how to use their tech.

You will keep a clean work area, stay professional, and work independently while staying connected with the team. EchoStar offers paid training, benefits, and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Driver's license required with clean record.
• Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Climb ladders up to 40 ft; Lift up to 70 lbs; Must meet and maintain 335 lb weight limit.
• Build trust and create a great experience for customers.
• Tackle a variety of challenges on the spot.
• Work in tight spaces and all kinds of weather.
• Handle changes and unexpected tasks with ease.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team
