Job summary

Vivint Smart Home in the United States is seeking a Field Service Technician/Professional to install and service smart home technology and to identify opportunities to upgrade solutions in customers’ homes.

You will represent Vivint on-site, performing installations of cameras, locks, and automation systems, while delivering excellent customer experience and pursuing sales opportunities to enhance home protection and convenience.

Qualifications

• We hire for attitude and train for skill; experience helpful but not required.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Ability to pass post-offer background check and licensing requirements per applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Consultative on-site sales to evaluate homes and recommend upgrades.
• Training homeowners on how to use the new system.
