Job summary

NRG Energy, through Vivint Smart Home, is seeking a Field Service Technician/Professional in Farmington, UT. You will install smart home technology, service systems, and proactively identify upgrade opportunities, combining technical work with on-site sales to provide customers with peace of mind.

You’ll receive comprehensive training, a company vehicle for commuting, and a path to growth within the national organization.

Qualifications

• We hire for attitude and train for skill.
• Requires valid driver's license and good driving record; able to pass background checks and licensing.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Conduct consultative sales by evaluating homes and recommending upgrades on-site.
• Educate customers on using their new system to protect their families.
• Grow within the national organization through coaching and leadership development.
