NRG Energy, through its Vivint Smart Home subsidiary, seeks Field Service Technician/Professional to install smart home technology and upsell upgrades on-site. You will be the face of Vivint, delivering technical service and educating homeowners while contributing to a growing, nationally recognized team.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or mindset is a major plus.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Experience in installation or service roles is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install and service security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluate homes and upsell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Educate homeowners on how to use the new system to protect their families.
• Seek coaching to grow within the national organization.
