Job summary

EchoStar technicians visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products. You’ll teach customers how to use the tech and offer additional services when helpful, while maintaining a clean, professional work area and staying connected with the team.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required to drive company vehicles to customer sites.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 70 lbs; meet weight requirements.
• Strong customer focus to build trust and deliver great experiences.
• Good problem-solving skills for on-site challenges.
• Demonstrated determination to work in tight spaces and varying weather.
• Adaptability to handle changes and unexpected tasks.
