Job summary

EchoStar is hiring Technicians to visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, and teach customers how to use the tech. You will work independently with a strong emphasis on safety, professionalism, and after-visit follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required due to driving a company vehicle to customer sites.
• Flexibility to travel and work shifts including evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Physical capability to climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet weight limits.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Maintain professional conduct, keep work areas clean, and work independently while staying connected with the team.
