Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a field technician to visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, and educate customers on their use. You’ll work independently, maintain a clean work area, and stay connected with the team for support.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License because driving a company vehicle to customer sites is essential.
• Schedule flexibility; willing to travel; shifts evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Physical ability: climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, weight limit 335 lb.
• Customer focus: build trust and create a great experience.
• Problem-solving: tackle on-the-spot challenges.
• Adaptability: handle changes and unexpected tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes
