Job summary

EchoStar is seeking Technicians to deliver TV and Smart Home solutions. You’ll visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, and teach customers how to use their tech while promoting additional services.

You’ll be trained to provide a world-class customer experience, with opportunities for career growth, paid training, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan. A company van, tools, and uniforms are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a clean record required.
• Willingness to travel and flexible to evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet weight limits.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and adaptability.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and upsell additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay professional while working independently but connected with the team.
