Job summary

Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, is seeking Field Service Technicians to install cutting-edge smart home technology and proactively identify upgrades on-site. You will blend technical expertise with consultative sales, servicing customers nationwide from Hope Mills, NC, and enjoy total compensation with uncapped commissions, paid training, a company vehicle, and 4/10 scheduling.

Qualifications

• We hire for attitude and train for skill.
• A valid drivers license and a good driving record; ability to pass background checks.
• Experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluating homes to recommend upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Training homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
• Growing with coaching and leadership training within the national organization.
