NRG Energy is seeking a Field Service Technician/Professional to install and service smart home technology while identifying upgrade opportunities. You will be the face of the company, delivering top-tier home protection solutions and revenue-generating upgrades across customer homes.

Qualifications

• Sales-focused mindset to upsell and advise customers.
• Strong customer rapport and trust-building abilities.
• Technical installation experience in home tech or related fields is helpful.

• Evaluate homes and recommend equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
