NRG Energy is seeking a Field Service Professional in Clifton, NJ to install and service smart home technology and to identify upgrade opportunities on-site. You will be the face of Vivint, delivering safety and convenience to customers while representing a leading energy company.

You will work in a fast-paced, customer-facing role with comprehensive training and a take-home company vehicle. Four-day weeks (4/10) and performance-based incentives are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail, B2C, insurance or service-based roles.
• Customer-first attitude with ability to build rapport and trust.
• Technical aptitude for installation and troubleshooting of home tech systems.

Responsabilités

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices at customer homes.
• Conduct on-site assessments and upsell equipment or services as appropriate.
• Educate customers on system usage and safety practices.
• Pursue ongoing coaching and growth within the national organization.
