Job summary

Vivint is seeking Field Service Technician/Professional to install cutting-edge smart home technology and proactively identify upgrades for customers. You will be the face of Vivint, delivering on-site installations, educating homeowners, and driving consultative sales while representing a nationally recognized brand.

You will operate with a Sales mindset, excellence in customer service, and technical aptitude in home automation.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail or service-based sales is a major plus.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Experience in cable/satellite installation or similar is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluate customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades on-site.
• Train homeowners on how to use their system.
• Receive coaching and leadership training to move up within the organization.
