Job summary

Vivint Smart Home is seeking Field Service Technicians/Professionals to install and service cutting-edge smart home technology and proactively upsell upgraded solutions on-site. You will be the face of Vivint, delivering security systems, automation, and home connectivity with a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a major plus.
• Ability to act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.
• Experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluate customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Train homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
• Grow within the national organization through coaching and leadership development.
