Job summary

Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, is hiring a Field Service Technician/Professional in the United States. You will install smart home technology, troubleshoot devices, and identify upgrade opportunities while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualified candidates have a sales mindset, strong customer focus, and technical aptitude. A valid driver’s license is required and full training is provided, including paid licensing and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail, B2C, insurance, or service-based sales is a plus.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse customers and act with integrity.
• Experience in electrical or home-installation fields is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices and security cameras on-site.
• Evaluate homes to recommend upgrades and upsell services.
• Educate homeowners on system use to protect their families.
• Pursue coaching and leadership training to advance within the national organization.
