Job summary

Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, is hiring Field Service Technicians to install and service cutting-edge smart home technology at customer locations across the U.S. You’ll blend technical expertise with consultative sales to identify upgrades and ensure total peace of mind for homeowners.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service-based sales is a major plus.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Experience with home tech installations is helpful but not required.

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices for customers.
• Evaluate homes to recommend upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Educate customers on using their new systems for safety and convenience.
