Job summary

Hitachi Digital Services seeks a Senior Solution Architect for hybrid manufacturing environments across multiple U.S. locations. You will shape architecture for MES, SCADA, ERP, and optimization initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams through design and integration challenges.

You will drive IoT, AI/ML-enabled maintenance, digital twins, and cloud-based hybrid architectures while ensuring security and scalable operations for Enterprise IT landscapes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for senior roles.
• Proven track record in solution/enterprise architecture for manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Define solution architecture aligned with manufacturing strategy and business objectives.
• Lead architecture for Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Design secure, scalable integrations across MES, SCADA, PLCs, ERP, and other systems.
• Ensure OT/IT security, regulatory compliance, and architecture governance.
• Provide leadership across Agile teams through architecture reviews and planning.
