Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or related IT leadership roles.
• 5+ years delivering enterprise solutions within manufacturing, industrial automation, or smart factory environments.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations across manufacturing and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution architecture aligned with manufacturing strategy and objectives.
• Design secure, scalable solutions integrating MES, SCADA, PLCs, HMI, DCS with ERP, PLM, QMS, and Maximo.
• Lead solution architecture for Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 initiatives (IIoT, edge, predictive maintenance, digital twins, AI/ML).
• Evaluate technologies, platforms, and vendors to support modernization initiatives.
• Ensure architecture complies with enterprise standards, cybersecurity, and OT/IT best practices.
• Provide technical leadership across the project lifecycle from discovery to production support.
• Participate in Agile solution pillars, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and architecture reviews.
• Develop architecture artifacts such as blueprints, integration designs, and data flow docs.
