Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- 3+ years in manufacturing engineering, automation, or Industry 4.0.
- Experience with PLCs, MES, SCADA or data acquisition.
- Knowledge of digitalization tools such as Ignition, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Grafana.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into improvements.
- Ability to lead projects and collaborate across functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory initiatives to improve productivity and performance.
- Develop and implement digital manufacturing solutions (MES, SCADA, IoT, data systems).
- Create dashboards, KPIs, and analytics for data-driven decisions.
- Design and deploy Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions to streamline processes.
- Drive automation, machine vision, and AI opportunities to solve challenges.
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, IT, and global teams to execute projects.
- Serve as a technical expert and champion adoption of new technologies.
