Job summary
Freudenberg-NOK General Partnership is seeking a manufacturing automation professional to lead Industry 4.0 initiatives and deliver digital manufacturing solutions. You will develop MES, SCADA, IoT, and data systems, and create dashboards and analytics to enable data-driven decisions across operations.
Responsibilities include designing and deploying Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate to streamline processes, identifying opportunities for automation and AI, and partnering with global teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of manufacturing engineering, automation, or Industry 4.0 experience.
- Experience with PLCs, MES, SCADA, machine connectivity or data acquisition platforms.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Grafana, Ignition.
- Ability to translate data into actionable business improvements and lead cross-functional projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead Industry 4.0 initiatives to improve productivity, quality and performance.
- Develop and implement MES, SCADA, IoT, and data systems.
- Create dashboards, KPIs, and analytics tools for data-driven decisions.
- Design/deploy Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate to streamline processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation, machine vision, AI, and new tech.
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, IT and global teams to execute projects.
- Serve as technical expert and change agent to drive adoption of new technologies.
