Job summary

HSP US is seeking a Digital Factory Specialist to drive the digital transformation of our manufacturing operations. You will implement, optimize, and support MES and ERP systems, integrate data across the production lifecycle, and work with IT, operations, and engineering to enable data-driven decisions.

You will evaluate AI-driven technologies for predictive analytics, process optimization, and intelligent decision-making, aligning digital capabilities with operational goals in an Industry 4.0

Qualifications

• Experience implementing MES/ERP or factory digitalization in manufacturing environments (5+ years).
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 tech: IIoT, SCADA, OPC-UA, digital twins.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to translate tech to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, configuration, and optimization of MES/ERP and related systems (SCADA, historian DB).
• Ensure real‑time data collection, visibility, and traceability across manufacturing operations.
• Identify and pilot AI/ML use cases for predictive maintenance, quality and production forecasting.
