Job summary

Plume is seeking an early engineer to deploy core EVM smart contracts and support our ecosystem. You will collaborate with the CTO to ship features, standards, and testnet campaigns on real-world asset tokenization platforms.

Based in the US or Canada, you will participate in multi-month onboarding, audits preparation, and mentoring of junior engineers, while shaping the future of Plume’s on-chain components.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software engineering at a reputable startup or a large tech company.
• 1+ year of smart contract development with at least one live deployed project on a mainnet EVM chain.
• Based out of the US or Canada.
• Bachelor’s degree required or exceptional work history.

Responsibilities

• Deploy smart contracts for core Plume features and RWA tokenization.
• Work with product engineers to integrate contract functions into Plume apps.
• Design and implement smart contracts, indexing, and offchain architecture for a robust testnet campaign.
• Build next-generation smart contracts and standards for tokenized capital markets.
