Plume is seeking an early engineer to deploy core EVM smart contracts and help support our ecosystem.

You will work closely with the CTO to deploy contracts for RWA tokenization, KYC attestations, and account abstraction, collaborating with product engineers to integrate these functions into Plume apps.

Within 1–3 months, you will onboard, learn our roadmap and QA processes, prepare code for auditors, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the incentivized testnet campaign as we scale.

Formación

• 3+ years of software engineering experience at a reputable startup or large tech company.
• 1+ years of smart contract development with at least one live deployed project on a mainnet EVM chain.
• Based in the US or Canada.
• Bachelor's degree could be waived with exceptional work history.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy smart contracts for core Plume features including RWA tokenization, KYC attestations, and account abstraction.
• Collaborate with product engineers to integrate smart contract functions into Plume apps.
• Design and implement smart contracts, indexing, and offchain architecture to support the incentivized testnet campaign.
• Build next-generation smart contracts and standards for tokenized capital markets.
• Onboard to the team, learn roadmap/QA/shipping cadence, and support auditors and feature requests.
