Retail Services WIS Corporation is seeking a Retail Experience Specialist to help customers explore and enjoy the SmartShopping cart, making shopping easy and fun.

You will demonstrate features, conduct quick tutorials, provide on-the-spot assistance, and gather customer feedback to relay to the development team. This part-time role supports stores in Lewisburg, Bloomsburg and Danville with flexible hours and travel opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to travel between locations.
• Flexible to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.
• Retail, grocery, customer service or tech demonstration experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to introduce and show features of the SmartShopping cart.
• Conduct quick tutorials to educate customers on use and benefits.
• Provide on-the-spot assistance and resolve issues promptly.
• Gather customer feedback and relay it to the development team.
• Develop adoption strategies to encourage ongoing usage.
• Collaborate with store management and the Smart Cart team to meet needs.
• Deliver exceptional service and ensure customers leave satisfied.
