Job summary

Siemens invites undergraduates to join the Building Automation Solutions Sales Internship in the Seattle area (Bellevue). This 10-week program, starting May–July or June–August 2027, offers hands-on exposure to smart buildings and sustainable infrastructure.

You will rotate through departments, assist with lead generation, CRM data, and proposals, and shadow Sales Managers to learn consultative selling in a real-world setting. Applicants must be US-based and eligible to work without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student status at a 4-year U.S. college.
• Majors in STEM or business welcome.
• Interest in building automation and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Sales Managers and Sales Executives within the local branch office.
• Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and account outreach.
• Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Help manage CRM data by tracking leads and maintaining data accuracy.
• Shadow sales calls and meetings to learn effective sales techniques.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support customer engagement.
• Analyze sales performance data and provide insights into driving growth.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes.
• Rotate through core segments: Building Automation, Fire/Life Safety, Security, Energy/Sustainability.
