Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Sustainability / Energy Engineering or related STEM field.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
• Candidates must be available to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the 10-week internship.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through energy engineering, sales, and core business areas to gain a holistic understanding of Siemens energy solutions.
• Spend the majority of time on energy engineering activities—HVAC energy use, calculations and simulations, and facility audits.
• Support energy savings analyses and contribute to proposals for customers.
• Engage with clients and teams, join meetings, and collaborate with vendors to deliver sustainable building solutions.
