Job summary

Siemens Pelham, Alabama, is seeking a Service Specialist to support building automation systems across the greater Birmingham area. You will perform maintenance, project work, and on-call service, interacting with customers to save energy and improve sustainability.

The role requires handling after-hours calls, completing service tickets, and reporting activities with Siemens tools. Qualified candidates have HVAC/electro-mechanical experience, PC/software skills, and a valid US driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience servicing electronic control or HVAC equipment.
• Electro-mechanical experience and PC/software skills.
• Ability to work in ladders, ducts, and varied sites.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license and fleet eligibility.
• Legal US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Execute digitalization and standard service operations strategies.
• Collaborate with Service Sales, Client Service Managers and RAM Digital Center.
• Follow safety requirements and complete required training.
• Maintain documentation of services and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Respond to on-call service calls and perform on-site repairs.
• Assist in system checkout and startup on projects.
• Provide customer training on proper system operations.
