JLL is seeking a Smart Building Performance Manager to support portfolio-wide operations on the Client account. You will administer the Smart Building platform, analyze data trends, and collaborate with leadership to maximize platform value and operational efficiency.

The role requires a engineering degree or equivalent experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to drive improvements with data-driven decisions across building systems.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or substantial related experience.
• Experience with building systems design, commissioning, retro-commissioning and optimization.
• Ability to analyze time-series data to identify performance deficiencies and opportunities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to quickly master new software platforms.

Mansioni

• Act as System Administrator ensuring correct end-user configuration and access.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day issues in the Smart Building OT platform with on-site teams or vendors.
• Serve as SME for onboarding, adoption, and utilization of platform tools.
• Work with leadership to develop KPI and reporting requirements.
• Support energy management, sustainability, and ROI-driven projects.
• Coordinate with site teams to triage issues and verify long-term resolutions.
• Assist in capital planning and ongoing facility performance improvements.
