Job Description Summary The Small Uncrewed Engines (SUE) Development Engineering Systems Team seeks an experienced Airframe Integrator Lead to provide technical leadership for weapon system integration across our portfolio of advanced propulsion systems. This role owns all functional and physical interface requirements between small uncrewed propulsion systems and weapon system airframes, including expendable platforms, reusable uncrewed systems, and Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) applications.
You will serve as the primary technical interface with weapon system integrators, airframe manufacturers, and Department of War customers, ensuring seamless integration across multiple programs. A key responsibility is ownership of Airframe Interface Control Models (AICMs) within the CAMEO Model-Based Systems Engineering environment.
Travel approximately once every 4-5 weeks (2-3 days) to customer and partner sites.
Lead weapon system integration for multiple critical Department of Defense programs with direct national security impact. Own and advance Model-Based Systems Engineering practices using cutting‑edge CAMEO tools and digital engineering.
