Job summary

ABB is seeking an on-site Service Manager to lead project execution across the US East Coast. You will head the project team, ensuring progress, resource utilization, and financial control while applying risk management and contract close-out processes.

The role requires an engineering degree and strong English communication skills. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management within the electrical industry and must be authorized to work in the US.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred) or relevant equivalent experience.
  • 5 years experience (Project Management experience in the electrical industry preferred).
  • Enhanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a productive, organized manner.
  • Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the project team allocated to the project.
  • Monitor and control project progress, resources, and financials.
  • Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risks.
  • Drive formal project acceptance, contract close-out, and customer acknowledgment.
  • Ensure activities comply with procedures, regulations, standards and targets.
