Qualifications

• Must have mechanical skills with knowledge of 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines.
• Positive attitude, good attendance, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and maintain a clean driving record.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair small engine outdoor power equipment including chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, tractors, and zero-turn mowers.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product questions.
• Document and track repairs through work orders and assist with warranty claims.
• Attend training classes to stay updated on OEM repair techniques.
• Ensure compliance with safety and loss prevention policies.
