Tennies Ace Hardware in West Bend, WI is seeking a skilled Small Engine Mechanic to diagnose and repair chainsaws, lawnmowers, snowblowers, and other outdoor power equipment. You will work in a friendly, local family-owned store that values hands-on skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair small engine outdoor power equipment including chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, tractors, and zero-turn mowers.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product questions.
• Document and track repairs through work orders and assist with warranty claims.
• Attend training classes to stay updated on OEM repair techniques.
• Ensure compliance with safety and loss prevention policies.
