A leading landscaping equipment provider in North Carolina is seeking a Service Repair Technician to maintain small engine lawn care equipment. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working on gasoline and diesel engines.
• Certifications from STIHL, Kohler, Toro, Exmark are a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and repairing electrical and hydraulic problems.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Must be able to routinely lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Position Overview

Service repair technicians are responsible for the care and maintenance of small engine lawn care equipment. They play a critical role in upholding our reputation for exceeding our customers’ expectations.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on a variety of small engine equipment such as Toro, Ventrac, Exmark, Scag, Stihl
• Perform scheduled maintenance, including change oil, hydraulic fluid and all necessary filters and fluids in a variety of agricultural equipment
• Diagnose and identify malfunctions
• Inspect, repair, and replace defective or worn out parts
• Complete documentation of diagnostics and repairs performed on work orders
• Maintain technical and product knowledge on all equipment serviced
• Participate in available company sponsored training to develop skills and knowledge
• Perform all duties in a professional and safe manner
