You will complete thorough write-ups on each work order, diagnose problems, keep the shop clean, seek ongoing technical training, and collaborate with teammates to ensure tasks are

• Complete thorough write-ups of work performed on each order.
• Diagnose equipment problems and maintain shop area cleanliness.
• Pursue ongoing technical and product training when available.
• Demonstrate accuracy and promote quality in your work.
• Observe safety and security procedures and report unsafe conditions.

• Continually seek both technical and product training when available.
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, improve and promote quality, and monitor own work to ensure quality.
• Observe all safety and security procedures, report potentially unsafe conditions, and use equipment and materials properly.

Work with other members of the team to ensure all necessary tasks are completed to run a successful dealership.
