Job summary

Talent Groups in Northern California seeks a Network Construction Manager to oversee day-to-day field construction for wireless Small Cell Node and fiber projects. You will coordinate contractors, vendors, engineering teams, utilities, and municipalities to ensure safe, on-schedule, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field construction for Small Cell wireless nodes and fiber.
• Knowledge of RF Sweep and PIM testing, construction drawings, and OSP construction.
• Ability to manage permits, utility coordination, and contractor performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field construction for Small Cell Wireless Nodes and fiber projects.
• Direct and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and field crews.
• Oversee builds on streetlights, traffic signals, wood poles, and other vertical assets.
• Ensure construction, integration, testing, and closeout per specs.
• Manage aerial and underground fiber/OSP construction.
• Review plans, drawings, and specifications for constructibility and accuracy.
• Coordinate permitting, traffic control, pole access, conduit licensing, and utilities.
